The icelandic society of evil mad fermentologists hadn't met up in a while, so I hosted a brew night at my place. Stulli and Ulfur both broght their wives, and I cooked dinner for us all. Ulfur prepared a delicious desert of rhubarb and icecream, and while I brewed up a batch, we tasted and shared all of our recent creations. I lost count, but I think we had something like 11 or 12 different types of home brew, including some one day old fermented Cassava root, which was surprisingly tasty.
Gossip, beer, and unfortunately, not very many flattering pictures :) A great night all told though.
