Another day, another walking trip with Mum and Margeret, though this time a slighty more leisurely one. We headed out to Lambafellsgjá, off the Keilir road. The road is continuing to get worse and worse. We had a lovely walk around and through the canyon, and a nice walk down over the top looking in some of the steam vents, and admiring some of the less common plants we found there.
We had time to spare, but the cloud was a bit low, so we decided against walking up Trölladyngja, and instead went for a walk up around the old drilling sites south. The creek there is very colourful and interesting, though the water isn't very good.
Always nice to get out though.
