Christmas Eve with Kata and her mother and sister. New times, new ways of doing things, but at the same time, still christmas, and more in common than different. A lovely dinner of smoked pork back, (Hamborgahryggur) with different sauces, glazed potatoes, peas, corn, red cabbage, beetroot, coleslaw and pickles, followed by icecream. Then reading christmas cards and messages, and then sitting around the christmas tree giving and receiving. All the good christmas things.
