Every year, our family makes christmas food. Rum balls and apricot balls are just two of them, and traditionally we've made them outside, so we don't get coconut everywhere. You get fairly gloopy, and you can't help but get coconut all over the place, but when you're done, you have a couple of trays of delicions munchies.
